Sparkling: the trading app that comes with an agent
Sparkling is the trading app that comes with an agent: swaps, perps and prediction markets from one self-custodial balance. The agent prepares every move, you confirm it, and your keys stay with you.

Swaps, perps and prediction markets from one balance
Sparkling puts three kinds of trading in one app, all from the same self-custodial balance. Swaps between tokens are powered by Bebop. Perpetual futures execute on Hyperliquid, an onchain exchange. Prediction markets come from Polymarket, where Sparkling is a verified builder. You do not need to move funds between separate apps to use each of them.
You can also buy crypto with a bank card in supported regions. Deposits are gasless, so you can bring in USDT, USDC or other crypto from a supported network without holding a separate gas balance. Trading on perps and prediction markets is gasless too. Availability of individual features depends on the jurisdiction.
The agent prepares every move, you confirm
You tell the agent what you want in plain words, for example "swap 200 USDT into ETH". The agent then prepares a trade card. The card shows the asset, the amount, the venue, the price, the slippage, the fees and a risk check, and it ends with a Confirm button. Nothing happens until you press it.
The agent does not decide for you and does not give investment advice. It cannot see your keys and cannot sign a transaction. If the card cannot be built, Sparkling shows an error and nothing is executed. That is the point of the line "AI preps every move. You confirm."
In practice this means the agent saves you the legwork of finding the right venue, filling in the order and checking the numbers, while the decision and the signature stay yours. You can read the card, change your request, or simply close it without anything having happened.
Agents
Agents prepare. You decide.
Each agent specializes in one type of trade — you always decide which one to use.
Your keys stay with you
Sparkling is self-custodial: every account is created with a seed phrase that you can export at any time, the keys are secured by Turnkey, and you sign every transaction yourself. With the exported seed phrase, your funds stay accessible in compatible software independently of Sparkling. Sparkling is an interface to third-party markets and never holds user funds, whereas on a centralised exchange the platform holds the funds on your behalf.
Self-custody also means responsibility. Whoever has the seed phrase controls the funds, so write it down offline, never share it, and never store it in a screenshot or a cloud note.
Swaps, perps and prediction markets: the basics
A swap exchanges one token for another at the current market price. On Sparkling, swaps are powered by Bebop, so you can move between tokens from the same balance.
A perpetual future, or perp, is a contract that tracks the price of an asset without an expiry date. Perps usually use leverage, which means a small move in price can change your result by much more than the move itself. On Sparkling, perps execute on Hyperliquid, and the risk check on the trade card shows what you are about to take on.
A prediction market lets you take a position on the outcome of an event, with a price between 0 and 1 dollar that reflects the probability the market assigns to it. On Sparkling, prediction markets come from Polymarket. Each of these products has its own risks, and several have their own guide on this site. The table compares the three side by side.
| Product | Where it executes | What it is for | Main risk |
|---|---|---|---|
| Swaps | Bebop | Moving from one token to another | Slippage and price moves |
| Perps | Hyperliquid | Tracking the price of an asset, often with leverage | Leverage magnifies losses |
| Prediction markets | Polymarket | Taking a position on the outcome of an event | Losing the full value of the position |
Sparkling compared with centralised exchanges and self-custody options
A centralised exchange holds your funds and gives you access to its own markets. A self-custody wallet gives you the keys, but it is usually not a marketplace. Sparkling keeps the keys with you and connects you to third-party markets, with an agent that prepares every move. The table shows the differences, including the limits of each type.
| Centralised exchange | Self-custody wallet | Sparkling | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who holds the keys | The platform | You | You |
| Market access | The platform's own markets | Usually send and receive, or links to third-party apps | Third-party swaps, perps and prediction markets |
| Help from an agent | Depends on the platform | No | Yes: the agent prepares, you confirm |
| Limitations | Funds sit with the platform | Not a market on its own | Availability depends on the jurisdiction; web app from 14 October |
The trade card: everything in view before you confirm
Every move on Sparkling goes through the same card, so you always see the same things before you confirm. The table lists what the card contains and why each line matters.
| Card line | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Asset | What you are buying, selling or taking a position on |
| Amount | How much you are trading |
| Venue | Which market the trade goes to, for example Hyperliquid or Polymarket |
| Price and slippage | The expected price and how far it can move before the trade executes |
| Fees | What the trade costs, shown before you confirm |
| Risk check | A summary of the main risks of this specific trade |
| Confirm | The only step that executes the trade |
Sparkling charges a fee on trades, and every card shows the fees before you confirm.

Risks and availability
Trading swaps, perps and prediction markets involves substantial risk, including the loss of all funds, and it is not suitable for everyone. Perpetual futures use leverage, which can magnify losses. Prices can move quickly, and a trade can execute at a different price than expected because of slippage.
Availability of individual features depends on the jurisdiction, and some services are not available in certain countries. Sparkling is a self-custodial software interface operated by Swarming Labs Ltd (BVI). Sparkling never holds user funds. Sparkling is not authorised as a CASP under MiCA. Sparkling applies IP-based geoblocking for each service in line with the terms of the markets it connects to and applicable restrictions. Using a VPN or other means to circumvent these restrictions violates our Terms of Service.

Frequently asked questions
What is Sparkling?
Sparkling is a self-custodial trading app that comes with an agent. You describe what you want to do, the agent prepares a trade card, and you confirm it. Swaps, perpetual futures and prediction markets run from one balance that you control.
Does Sparkling hold my funds?
No. Sparkling is self-custodial: every account is created with a seed phrase you can export at any time, keys are secured by Turnkey, and every transaction is signed by you. Sparkling is an interface to third-party markets and never holds user funds.
Can the agent trade without me?
No. The agent only prepares the trade. Nothing is executed until you press Confirm, and the agent cannot see your keys or sign transactions. If a card cannot be built, you see an error and nothing is executed.
Is Sparkling an exchange or a bank?
No. Sparkling is a trading app that connects you to third-party markets from a self-custodial balance. It is not a bank, and it does not hold your funds the way a centralised exchange does.
Are all features available in Ireland?
Availability of individual features depends on the jurisdiction. Sparkling applies IP-based geoblocking for each service in line with the terms of the markets it connects to and applicable restrictions. Using a VPN or other means to circumvent these restrictions violates our Terms of Service.
Does Sparkling charge fees?
Sparkling charges a fee on trades, and every trade card shows the fees before you confirm. Deposits are gasless, and so is trading on perps and prediction markets.
